- Extensive Workers Comp Coverage: We have full workers comp coverage and require all subcontractors we use to have a current, valid comp policy. Independent individuals are not required to supply workers comp which puts the burden of an injury on the property owner.
- Liability Coverage: We have a liability insurance policy that is $1,000,000 per incident and 4,000,000 overall, the highest in our industry which individuals do not carry.
- Employee Safety: We have a safety program to assure that all our employees are following all required safety practices for their protection as well as the property owner.
- Food Safety: We are trained to and employ all required food safety rules which individuals don’t have to do.
- Pest Control Safety: We carry all required licenses for county pest control and legal chemical requirements. We have PCA’s (which are pest control advisors) and QUAL’s which is Qualified Applicator, these are licensed positions, requiring schooling and must pass test and required hours of education each year to keep your license. This is something an individual doesn’t have.
- Chemical Safety: We buy all of our chemicals legally through commercial purchasing, not Home Depot.
